Welcome to USC’s most beautiful sorority house, Delta Delta Delta.

DDD House

RoomTri Delta has one of the largest front lawns of any sorority house on the row. On a normal day you will find Tri BikesDelta’s working on their tan or eating lunch on our deck while listening to ∑AE’s music from across the street. The welcoming yard provides a great opportunity to meet friends walking up and down Greek Row after classes and on weekends.

For those who enjoy a quiet escape, we also have a beautiful, enclosed backyard with a colorful garden, and a patio complete with lawn chairs – perfect for the Southern California weather!

PP2The walkway, lined year-round with blooming flowers, is a perfect distance from the street which provides not only extra security to our members, but that little something extra that makes Tri Delta feel like home. Room2

Once you step inside, Tri Delta also has more unique features.

Our three floors include a kitchen, a dining room, 2 TV rooms complete with a flat screen television, 4 lounges, a 24-hour “mini-kitchen,” and more!

Our grand dining room fits all of our members for breakfast, lunch and dinner (provided by our Chef Fronz) and is also a quiet place to escape to study during exams.

We are one of the only sororities on the row with a personal gym that is open 24 hours, a laundry facility, and an open room on the third floor where girls can get ready for exchanges and invites together without feeling cramped.

Every semester, each of our members has an opportunity to invite a professor to our Monday Night Dinner. The professor comes to eat at the house giving each Tri Delta the chance to get to better know her professor. Many members have agreed that these dinners really make going up to their professor or raising a hand during class that much easier. It also allows Tri Delta to maintain good relations with the USC faculty.
